What's covered

Genuine manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a tyre fails because it was built wrong, we handle it with the manufacturer.

What's not covered

• Road-hazard damage — potholes, cuts, punctures, impacts.
• Wear from under-inflation, poor alignment or overloading.
• Normal tread wear.

Keep your claim valid

Keep your receipt, maintain correct pressures, rotate and align on schedule, and don't overload. Buy genuine, dated stock — which is all we sell.

Making a claim

Bring the tyre and your receipt to KMAT Centre and we'll assess it with the manufacturer. Genuine defects are handled fairly and quickly.
